The time between planting and emergence is the most vulnerable stage of a plant's development. Once in the soil, the seed is susceptible to damage from insects, pests, and bacterial and fungal pathogens. IQ Seed treatments provide the seed not only with a boost of nutrients that enable critical plant processes to build plant immunity, but can be used to inoculate the young seedling with beneficial microorganisms that will provide immediate and long-lasting protection from pathogens. Microbial inoculants as seed treatments, in the form of phosphorus-solubilizers, nitrogen fixers, and mycorrhizal fungi, can boost nutrient delivery from the soil to sustain growth long after the applied nutrients have been used up.

IQ SEED TREATMENT can produce dramatically enhanced early root growth. A healthy seedling is inherently more robust and resilient. It also promotes the activity of beneficial organisms in the root zone.

what is in IQ SEED TREATMENT?

IQ SEED TREATMENT contains a balance of essential nutrients to promote strong and early growth including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sulfur, molybdenum, zinc, manganese, magnesium, iron, copper and boron. It also contains 20 amino acids and over 50 broad-spectrum minerals. Includes cytokinins, gibberellins, betaines, auxins and triacontanol.

how do I use it?

IQ SEED TREATMENT can be used with injection along with your seed at planting, as a seed treatment along with your inoculant, and as a root dip for transplants.  When injected at planting, use a rate of 800mL-2 L per acre. As a seed treatment, use 2-3 L per tonne of seed. As a root dip, dip seedings in a 1:100 dilution (10mL per L) with clean, fresh water. 

In home garden applications, dilute 3 Tbsp per 10L watering can and apply the diluted mix as a drench, immediately after planting, at a rate of 1 L per square meter.
