POSITION: MENA Regional sales manager

LOCATION: Hybride remotely - Port Talbot, UK

DURATION: 6 Month subject to be renewed to three years

MENA Regional Sales Manager

Position Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing all sales activities within MENA, including developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets and analysing market trends and identify new business opportunities within MENA territory.  

Responsibilities:

Should have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous five years experience in the same position before.
  • A strong understanding of crop protection, plant health products, and integrated pest management.
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the farming industry.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Creative thinking.
  • The ability to create financial models.
  • Fluency in at least two languages, with English being mandatory.
  • A graduate degree in business, marketing, or law.
  • Budgeting, costing, and risk management skills.
  • Superior negotiation skills.

Specific responsibilities:

  1. Sales target achievement.

  2. Team leadership.

  3. Customer relationship building.

  4. Market analysis.

  5. Sales strategy development.

  6. Sales forecasting.

  7. Reporting and analysis.

  8. Prospecting and lead generation.

  9. Customer service.

  10. Collaboration with other departments.

Required Skills:

An Candidate must be:

  • Agriculture background, preferably knowing the agriculture markets of UK and Europe.

  • Five years previous experience before in the same position.

  • Socially adept

  • Good with numbers

  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people

  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Education:

  • A must to be agronomist with deeply technical background.

  • Preferably having Diploma, MBA or courses in the marketing and International business.

  • Full experience about Microsoft office.
