IQ THRIPS-X comprises a dispenser which contains a sex pheromone which is  species specific for female and male of the Frankliniella occidentalis . Lures can we used with Crop-IQ sticky Traps

Mode of Application: 

Remove the lure IQ THRIPS-X from the packaging and place on the Centre of the sticky trap. Hang the trap, with the base    of the trap about 10 cm above crop height, or near flower height     according to crop.

Time of application:

 Use before the emergence of the first generation and until the end of the season.

Trap density:

The trapping density should be adequate to the crop infestation and the type of

For monitoring: Use 2 to 3  lure per hectare and not less than two for any size of plot.

For mass trapping: Use one lure every 100m2 in a regular distribution.

Replacement: 

Replace the pheromone lure every 90 days or as recommended by the local agricultural authorities. Replace the sticky board when full with insects and debris.

Suitable trap:

The best trap to use with IQ YELLOW STICKY ROLLS AND BOARDS.

The traps have to be checked once a week after setting them in the field, until  some days after the last harvesting.

Storage: 

  • Store the dispenses away from sunlight in a dry and cool place.

  • The product expiry date is 2 years from production date under good store conditions and without opening the original container.
